Cotter plates or spring clips keep the connecting link’s pins from working loose.bale elevator chain & sprocket is manufactured using a high-strength #55 steel detachable chain & sprocket that has an C1 attachment every 24.45″ (15th link) and is supplied as a 10.19ft pair (2 strands of chain & sprocket) that are matched and tagged for even elevation and load carrying. What separates this chain & sprocket from others is that it is manufactured using a special cold rolled steel that has been heat-treated for maximum strength and durability. The C1 attachments on this chain & sprocket is designed with a moderate surface for welding or fastening slats onto them that will be used to elevate the hay bale. Besides the chain & sprocket we can also supply 55 series sprockets, the drive roller chain & sprockets, motors, pulleys, and belts.
